This week I am featuring the very talented Joujoux from Etsy! They are two sisters from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Their Etsy shop is FULL of gifts, adorable treasures, and beautiful art for you and your little ones! They create their own designs and patterns, so that you can have a truly unique gift. Many of their items are one of a kind!
I personally LOVE the "Mary Had a Little Lamb" onesie and booties! It is just ADORABLE and so affordable!

Learning Photoshop!

So I finally perfected my photoshop skills! I think the pictures look great with no background! Some of them were really hard to do, but thanks to GIMP it was fairly easy!

I have been super busy this week. We are moving tomorrow and I had family in town all weekend. I didn't start packing until Monday, so it's been crazy busy at my house! My step-son has baseball tonight and tomorrow night which just leaves me to get stuff done before the moving guys come tomorrow! Yikes! Once I'm moved I will be creating more "Classy Baby Cakes" for you all to enjoy!

1st Featured Etsian!

So.... my first featured artist is Jamie from The Pat-a-Cake Baby! She is a SAHM of a 9 month old baby girl who has been crafting since childhood. She is a sewing queen!!
My favorite item is the adorable hand sewn pacifier bibs! They are individually crafted using trendy and modern fabrics. They have a soft cotton print on one side and plush minkee fabric on the other, making them REVERSIBLE! A pearl snap is used to attach the pacifier and velcro is used to attach the bib around baby's neck, which allows for greater size adjustments. Personalize Me Part 2

This cute cake is the second cake in the Personalize Me line of simple but classy. The customer wanted pink and black... and wanted it to be personalized. The bling on the letters adds just the right touch!

Personalize Me!

I finished the first of two personalized cakes I have on my list! This one is a spin-off of the "Personalized Cake" I have on my website. This is an "updated" version of that! My next cake is going to be FUN to make. It's black and pink!! I LOVE doing pink cakes! So anyway, hope you like this one!

Random Thought

I love being busy! I love when people think my cakes are "Classy".
I'm working on giving my cakes their own name. I have come up with "Classy Baby Cakes". My new tag line is "Classy Diaper Cakes for the Chic Mom-to-be". I hope it's catchy and hip! I was feeling like "Sew Cute and Crafty" just didn't do it for the cakes, but I didn't want to do an entire overhaul of my website...so I figured I can just brand the cakes instead. Much easier!
I'm working on 2 right now. A personalized cake for "Cooper" and one for "Nicole". I really like custom cakes. They give me the ability to create something new and unique! LOVE IT!

My new Flower Garden

This is the newest cake I created. I call it "Little Flower Garden". It's made with Pampers Swaddlers, bright ribbon, and sweet felt flowers. I love it because it's so cheerful and bright.

I have put it on Etsy, www.craftycreations2.etsy.com, but have not uploaded it to my website yet. It's $55.
